The River Bandits should be very proud that they did so well with so few players left and with position players pitching. As the Generals know well from last year, this is a hard time of the season for the teams that look like they won't make the play-offs. It's a testament to the character of the kids who stay with it and don't go home!

Wow what a game for the ages and its something about this Woodstock at Waynesboro series, when we won the championship in 2007 in the 1st round we beat Woodstock in 16 innings in Game 3. This has to rank up there with one of the best games I have seen. I would love to call this the 3 stage game. People can go to the boxscore to see what I am talking about. Wow what a game. Plus our streak and a guarantee I made back in the 10th in extra innings worked.

GO GENERALS!!
