Mike Gulino
Head Coach
We are excited to kick off the 2026 season with a major announcement for the Gens community.
Please join us in welcoming Mike Gulino as our Head Coach for the 2026 season.
Mike joins us from Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW), where he has served as the Hitting and Catching Coach. He brings with him a strong background in player development and mentorship, shaped by seven seasons as a professional player in independent baseball. His experience, leadership, and understanding of the game will be a valuable addition to our organization as we prepare for the upcoming season.
We are thrilled to have Mike leading our program and look forward to the impact he will have on our players and culture in 2026.
Gens community, help us welcome Coach Gulino with our signature chant:
Let’s GO Gens!

Jay Causey
Assistant Coach
The Generals are excited to welcome Jay Causey as an assistant coach, joining us from Florida SouthWestern State College.
Coach Causey brings strong experience from the college baseball level, including coaching stops at his alma mater, Florence-Darlington Technical College, along with 3B Baseball and Team Elite in South Carolina.
As a player at Florence-Darlington Tech, Coach Causey helped lead the program to its first JUCO World Series appearance and earned Region X Relief Pitcher of the Year honors. He later continued his career at Coastal Carolina, where he contributed to two Sun Belt Conference Championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances with the Chanticleers.
