Thursday game times changed

wlogo2The Waynesboro Generals have changed the times of their Thursday doubleheader vs. Covington to try to avoid potential bad weather.

The Generals announced today that the first game will start at 3 p.m. Admission will be free to the first game and all on-field promotions will be limited.

The second game will start at 6 p.m. Regular admission prices will apply.

Both games will be played at home at Linco Park at Kate Collins Field.

The game is sponsored by Lumos Networks. In partnership with Mid Atlantic Sports Networks, Lumos will be giving away an authentic Washington Nationals jersey signed by all-star third baseman Ryan Zimmerman. Lumos will also be giving away other MLB items from the Washington Nationals and Baltimore Orioles, courtesy of MASN.
